Deviation Actions
Once Megan was calm enough to understand about her mysterious past, Jack Frost took her back to where the Guardians were meeting before she collapsed. When everyone was assembled, North tells Megan to drink the potion to alter her appearance and her powers would finally be awaken. Megan thought to herself, 'Should I really do this? If I do...I might not go back to Burgas or see anyone again...not even Jamie.' Jack placed his cold hand on Megan's shoulder, Megan looked at Jack's winter blue eyes which tells her that she will go back to see her friends and caretakers again someday. Once Megan opens the bottle, she drinks the whole potion in hopes that it works. The Guardians watched carefully to see if the potion was capable enough to turn Megan into a Guardian. "Well...do you feel any different?" asked North, Sandy used his golden dreamsand to make a question mark over his head asking the same question. Megan shook her head, "Nothing's happening" she said to the disappointed Guardians. "That's strange, I couldn't understand WHY!!!" during Megan's sentence, she suddenly floated in thin air and grabbed onto the nearest pole so she wouldn't fly up. Jack laughed at Megan and hold out his staff and slowly came down while the Toothfairy helped guide her down.
"Hey! Ho! Anyone wanna tell me why I’m here?" Jack asked, Sandy tries to explain about Pitch's interference with the children with his golden dreamsand, but sadly Jack couldn't understand. "I musta done something really bad to get you four together" he said "Am I on the naughty list?" Jack asked with a grin dancing on his face. North laughed, "On naughty list? You hold record! But no matter. We overlook. Now we are wiping clean the slate." "How come?" Jack asked "Ah, good question." Bunny said to Jack. "How come?" North asked, "I tell you how come!
Because now...you are Guardian!" North announced as Yetis lift torches to celebrate the new Guardian Jack Frost. As the elves start to play the music, Jack was confused on why he's now a Guardian. Megan was even more confused than he was, since Megan know Jack for a long time she knows that he doesn't want to be a Guardian. Suddenly, Jack slams his staff to the ground causing a huge blast of wind and frost throughout the room. All of the Guardians looked at Jack confused, "What makes you think I want to be a Guardian?" Jack asked. The Guardians paused for a moment until North Laughed and thought Jack was joking and said "Of course you do!" then he yells "Music!" as the elves start the music. "No Music!" Jack yelled as the Elves stop playing and took off.
After a long explanation on why the Guardians must protect the children of the world, North tells Jack that he was chosen just like how the rest of them were chosen by the Man in the Moon. "But why, why wouldn't he tell me that himself?" Jack asked, Megan was also confused about that same question. Jack took a deep breath and said, "After 300 years this is his answer? To spend eternity like you guys cooped up in some, some hideout thinking of, of new ways to bribe kids? No no, that's not for me! No offense." Megan was about to say something when Bunnymund interrupted and asked, "How is that not offensive? You know what I think? I think we just dodged a bullet. I mean, what’s this clown know about bringing joy to children anyway?" Jack turns to Bunny and said, "Uh you ever hear of a 'Snow Day'? I know it's no 'Hard-boiled Egg' but kids like what I do" "But none of them believe you do they? You see, you're invisible, mate. It's like you don't even exist" insulted Bunny. Megan and Tooth gasped "Bunny! enough!" said Megan with concern trying to protect Jack. But Jack defended himself and said, "No, the kangaroo's right." Megan shook her head as Jack insulted the Easter Bunny. "The, the what?! what'd you call me? I am not a kangaroo mate." said Bunny as he steps closer to Jack, "Oh, and this whole time I thought you were." said Jack. "Jack stop! please!" Megan begged quietly to Jack, but he kept insulting the Easter Bunny and said, "If you’re not a kangaroo, what are you?" "I’m a bunny...The Easter Bunny, People believe in me" After a few moments of silence, Sandy nudged North and said, "Jack, Megan, walk with me"
